Data controller

Cretaplast, S.A. de C.V., domiciled at Ejido de la Posta 11 A, Ex Hacienda de Cristo, C.P. 53138, Naucalpan de Juárez, State of Mexico, is responsible for the processing, use and protection of the personal data you provide.

Personal data collected

Through the contact forms and subsequent communication, we may collect:

  • Full name.
  • Email address.
  • Phone number.
  • Company or business name and job title.
  • Information about the project or requirement you choose to share, including files, drawings and descriptions.

No sensitive personal data or financial or asset-related data is collected through this site.

Primary purposes

The data is used to:

  • Respond to and follow up on information and quote requests.
  • Evaluate the technical feasibility of the proposed project.
  • Prepare commercial proposals and formalize the contractual relationship, where applicable.
  • Maintain operational communication during the development of a project.
  • Comply with legal, tax and administrative obligations arising from the relationship.

Secondary purposes

Additionally, and provided you do not object, your data may be used to send communications about CRETAPlast's capabilities, services or news; invitations to events, plant visits or industrial trade fairs; and satisfaction surveys and service quality evaluations.

These purposes are not necessary for the legal relationship with CRETAPlast. If you do not want your data processed for them, you may say so by writing to privacidad@cretaplast.com.mx at any time. Your objection will not affect the handling of your request.

Data transfers and disclosures

CRETAPlast does not transfer your personal data to third parties without your consent, except in the cases provided for by law.

Your data may be processed by providers that render services to CRETAPlast as data processors —site hosting and maintenance, corporate email, cloud storage and commercial management tools— who act solely on our instructions and are bound by confidentiality.

Some of these technology providers operate infrastructure located outside Mexico, so your data may be stored or processed abroad. In these cases they are disclosures to data processors, not transfers to third parties, and CRETAPlast remains responsible for the processing of the information.

ARCO rights

You have the right to know what personal data we hold about you, what we use it for and the conditions of its use (Access); to request the correction of your information when it is inaccurate or incomplete (Rectification); to ask us to delete it from our records when you consider it is not being used in accordance with the principles and duties of the law (Cancellation); and to object to the use of your data for specific purposes (Objection).

To exercise any of these rights, send your request to privacidad@cretaplast.com.mx indicating:

  1. Full name and a means of communicating the response to you.
  2. A document proving your identity, or legal representation where applicable.
  3. A clear description of the data in respect of which you seek to exercise the right, and of the right you wish to exercise.
  4. Any element that helps locate your data.

We will respond within the time limits set by applicable law, through the contact method you indicate.

Withdrawal of consent

You may withdraw at any time the consent given for the processing of your personal data, by sending a request to privacidad@cretaplast.com.mx, following the same procedure as in the previous section. Withdrawal will not have retroactive effect and will not apply in cases where the law requires the information to be retained.

Limitation of use or disclosure

You may request that your data no longer be used for secondary purposes by writing to privacidad@cretaplast.com.mx. We will confirm by the same means the removal of your information from our communication lists.

Cookies and tracking technologies

This site uses its own technical cookies, necessary for its operation: remembering browsing preferences, maintaining session state during the journey and securing the contact form.

Web analytics tools are also used to generate aggregate statistics on site usage —pages visited, time spent, device type and traffic source— in order to improve its content and performance. This information is processed in aggregate and is not used to identify individual visitors.

No cookies are used for advertising or commercial profiling purposes. You can disable or delete cookies from your browser settings; doing so may affect some site functions.

Security measures

CRETAPlast implements reasonable administrative, technical and physical measures to protect your personal data against damage, loss, alteration, destruction or unauthorized use and access.

Changes to the privacy notice

This notice may be modified to address legislative changes, internal policies or new requirements for the provision of our services. Any modification will be published at cretaplast.com.mx/avisos-legales, so we suggest reviewing it periodically.

Authority

If you believe your right to the protection of personal data has been violated, you may turn to the competent authority in the matter, which as of March 21, 2025 is the Secretaría Anticorrupción y Buen Gobierno, to which the powers of the former INAI were transferred.
